This project aims to optimize the planning of more than 350 annual events at the Palais des congrès de Montréal while considering operational, commercial, and capacity constraints. It focuses on operationalizing an AI-based decision-support system developed through a Mitacs project to assess the feasibility of different event portfolios. The tool will enable efficient allocation of rooms and resources according to the venue’s specific constraints, improving planning performance and decision-making. |
