The Digital Transformation Offensive (OTN) is a program supported by the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE). Its goal is to support the digital transformation of Quebec SMEs through the Technology and Knowledge Transfer to Industry Program, fostering smart, digital, and sustainable innovation (Industry 4.0/5.0/X.0). This program is led by the SDG Innovation Network, which brings together eight Quebec universities.
Building on the success of the first phase (OTN 1), launched in 2022 with $600,000 in funding, the MEIE renewed its trust in the SDG Innovation Network in March 2023 by granting $5 million in funding over four years (2023–2027) for a second phase (OTN 2).
